Who we are
scoravio.com is an independent project run by its founder in North Macedonia (“we”). It is not yet a registered company; when it becomes one, the company name and registered address will be published here. Contact: hello@scoravio.com.
What we collect on this page
- Waitlist: your email address and language, and — only if you choose to answer — which description fits you, what you would pay for Premium, and which leagues interest you.
- Consent record: the date and the version of the consent text you agreed to.
- Technical data: the country your request came from (provided by our host) and a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to block abuse. We cannot turn the hash back into your IP address.
- Founding reservation: whether you ticked “reserve the founding price”. No payment is taken. If we open payments later, we will name the payment provider here before anyone pays.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To email you about the scoravio launch and, if you opted in, our weekly scorecard — based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the corresponding provision of the Law on Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia).
- To understand demand in aggregate (for example, how many people would pay for Premium) — based on our legitimate interest, using counts only, never individual profiles.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, database and cookieless analytics.
- Email sending: none yet. Before we send the first email, we will name the provider here.
Some of these providers process data outside North Macedonia and the EU. They do so under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We never sell or share your data with anyone else, and we never share it with bookmakers.
Cookies
This page sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If enabled, our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) works without cookies and without identifying you. A bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may be used on the form.
How long we keep it
Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 12 months after launch unless you become a member. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to processing, at any time, by emailing hello@scoravio.com. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia (azlp.mk) or to the data protection authority in your country.
Age
scoravio is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, email people on the waitlist.
